4.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on pak324. Opening duplicate, linked, or otherwise associated multiple Accounts — whether in the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
4.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration, including your legal name, Pakistani mobile number (in 03XX format), and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
4.3 You may not register using a false identity, an identity belonging to another person, or a fictitious persona. pak324 will verify the information provided and may refuse or revoke registration where inaccuracies are discovered.
4.4 pak324 reserves the absolute right to accept or decline any registration at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for a declined application.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak324 Login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) issued to your registered Pakistani mobile number.
5.2 You must not share your pak324 Login details with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you, regardless of whether you personally performed the action.
5.3 If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, you must notify pak324 support immediately via the live chat facility. pak324 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access that occurred prior to receipt of such notification.
5.4 pak324 will never request your password via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel. Any such request from a party claiming to represent pak324 should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
6.1 All deposits to pak324 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits via USDT TRC20 will be converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.
6.2 The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed within the cashier section of your Account.
6.3 You may only deposit funds from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is detected, the funds will be returned to the source and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
6.4 pak324 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on deposits exceeding specified thresholds in accordance with our AML (Anti-Money Laundering) obligations. You agree to cooperate with any such review, including providing source-of-funds documentation.
7.1 Withdrawals of Real Money balances (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) may be requested at any time via the cashier section of your Account.
7.2 pak324 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. Where this is not possible, alternative payment methods will be offered subject to identity verification.
7.3 pak324 targets same-day processing of withdrawal requests submitted before 5:00 PM PKT (Pakistan Standard Time) on business days. Processing times for bank transfers to HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Allied Bank may be subject to the receiving bank's own clearance timescales.
7.4 pak324 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request pending completion of identity verification, AML checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. You will be notified of any such delay and given the opportunity to provide required documentation.
7.5 Winnings arising from use of Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement. No withdrawal of such winnings will be processed until the Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied.
8.1 pak324 may, at its discretion, offer deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives to registered users. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.
8.2 Unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise, a standard wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. 8.3 Only one bonus may be claimed per user, per household, per shared device, and per shared IP address unless pak324 expressly permits otherwise in the promotional terms.
8.4 pak324 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion or bonus offer at any time without prior notice where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings may be forfeited in such circumstances.

10.3 Where a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or otherwise not completed within a period of 72 hours from the scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless the specific market rules state otherwise.
10.4 Winnings from in-play markets are settled based on official results from the relevant sporting body. pak324 reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation of results in cases of dispute or protest.
10.5 Maximum payout limits apply to sportsbook markets and are specified within each market. pak324 reserves the right to limit or refuse individual bets from any user without explanation.
11.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pak324 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:
